At GENEVE 1989, we strive for sartorial excellence; however, if your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original GENEVE 1989 packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
